To this end, we have established a nationwide Service and Support Network consisting of over 200 Service Centers. Our trained Engineers and Technicians provide a range of services from site analysis to system maintenance. Our various installations allover the country and wide customer base are a testimonial to the level of our services focused on customer satisfaction.

 
 

For our international customers, we have a special support programme. Our engineers regularly visit the concerned countries to train local dealers and technicians to provide effective and prompt service to our customers. The training imparted is both rigorous and regular to ensure that the technology used in Su-Kam products is clearly understood by the local technicians and the best service as per the standard of the company is given to each customer. We also have special Service Manuals on each product which is given to the local staff to help them in their work in providing the best service to our customers. As with our national customers, help for our international customers too is only a phone call away.

 
 

Also, in our endeavor to establish a world class customer support, a new upgraded customer care facility has been setup.

Now, all our customers can reach us at a Single Number 1800-102-4423 which is operational 12 X 7 X 365 and caters to the entire country.  This centre not only records complaints, but also offer sales and technical assistance and helps customers in choosing the right products to meet their requirements and needs. The center also provides telephonic AMC services.
